Higham & Company - Be understood.

Jeremy and Esther Higham are seasoned documentary and promotional filmmakers. Having evolved from husband and wife team to a full studio, they needed to update their brand to match their growing business.

Helping clients be understood is at the heart of the Higham & Company brand.

Our opportunity was to help them express their proposition consistently. Our brief was to create a new brand identity with a physical feel. Exploring themes of family legacy, connections and film, we created a new brand system, including written brand positioning, visual identity and website.

The logotype is inspired by shop fronts of Victorian family businesses. The letters J and E are hidden in the H of the logo mark – a subtle nod to the company’s past.

After putting in place a robust SEO strategy, we built a user friendly website to guide people around Higham and Company’s rich video content.

  • Sparks are excellent at helping us remember to differentiate to attract the right clients. It certainly feels like we’re speaking a very different language now.

  • Sparks worked really hard to get to know us. We felt energised by the thorough degree of questioning and the quality of the listening. No stone was left unturned. The in–depth process led us to a fantastic end result. We’re all really buoyed up by it.
