Embedding a company culture can be tricky. Sparks helped Octopus, a fast–growing UK fund management company, introduce their new brand vision to staff.
Octopus are a disruptive firm trying to redefine the financial system as a force for good. After a rigorous process to identify and simplify what’s at the heart of the business, we created a distinctive staff handbook setting out the new internal brand expression, using illustration, photography and data visualisations.
For the launch event, we created screen content, including video and animation. As part of these animations, we used recordings of Octopus customer testimonials, to showcase the company’s success in a real and believable way.
Our work to unite Octopus under a single, human brand has helped the business celebrate their staff, their progress so far, and lay foundations for the future.
